If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days in its original packaging in a unused condition for a full refund of the purchase cost.  Due to Lithium batteries being classed as Dangerous goods for commercial transport, we kindly request that you return goods using our or a similar qualified DG Courier service.  In the event that a product is received physically damaged or defective in any other way by you. please call us immediately on +44 (0)7981 855670 and or Email us on Info@qualitysource.co.uk We will require further information, as it is prohibited to transport damaged Lithium batteries without additional requirements being put into place first.
