Quality Source offer delivery free of additional charges within mainland UK for the first attempt.  We reserve the right to make an additional charge at cost if goods can not be delivered and a signature obtained for receipt of goods due to the customer being unavailable or not at the premises to receive goods at the pre-advised date/ time, or where incorrect address and or contact information has been provided. That prevents us finding and or contacting the customer while delivering the product. Unfortunately due to the nature of the gods and the specialised service we must use Each attempt at delivery has a cost of between GBP£70 - 140 per attempt. depending on location and weight of goods. if you are not available to take delivery after placing an order with us, please contact us by email and or phone so that we can arrange a mutually convenient time. We regret that due to the high value of the products we are unable to leave packages unattended and or unsigned, in the event of the customer being unavailable to receive them personally.
