Overview

Polinovel's HD series LiFePO4 lithium batteries are constructed with the best manufacturing techniques. Each LiFePO4 battery has an internal battery management system (BMS) that protects the battery against over charge, over discharge, short circuit, and high temperature. HD series LiFePO4 battery is truly maintenance free and will last several years.

You therefore won't have to constantly use your battery chargers, as it often the case with lead acid varieties.

These high capacity batteries are best used in environments that require high power and tougher operation, such as deep cycle battery applications, boats, RVs, vans, motorhomes, off-grid appliances and much more.

Li-on battery (lithium ion battery packs), specifically the LiFePO4 variety, are also known for being better for the environment, compared to their lead acid battery counterparts. Due to there incredible charge efficiency and ultra long life. The extremely low level of self discharge and not needing to be stored fully charged, means that wasteful 'float' charging is no longer required during periods of low usage. Finished for the season, just turn the loads off and forget about charging in 6 months less than 15% charge degredation.
